Description
The Acura RSX replaces the recently retired Acura Integra. Acura RSX is produced in two modifications, the most interesting is the “seasoned” Type-S. The Acura RSX is equipped with a two-liter four-cylinder engine that features dual overhead camshafts and a variable valve timing system to produce 160 and 200 horsepower with peak torque of 6,500 rpm.
Acura PCX has three transmission options:
- manual five-speed gearbox,
- automatic five-speed with SportShift mechanism (individual choice of gear ratio),
- six-speed.
To give extra crispness to the steering, the MacPherson-type suspension at the front features an outboard control rod, and at the rear there is a new double-wishbone design with an anti-roll bar. New models will have firmer springs and shock absorbers. Already in the basic configuration, the car will be equipped with 16-inch alloy wheels with low-profile tires.
When driving quietly, you can always “play” with the navigator or air conditioning, listen to your favorite CD on a high-quality audio system, fortunately, all this is included in the standard equipment of the Acura RSX.
