Maintenance warning
Modern cars are equipped with numerous sensors and electronic systems. The most important information is displayed on the on-board computer screen. The Mitsubishi Outlander model is no exception.
About 1000 km. Before scheduled maintenance, the service key icon appears on the information display. It is presented in the form of a wrench on Mitsubishi Outlander 2nd and 3rd generation vehicles.
If you see a similar icon, this is a signal not only to reset the service interval, but also to carry out scheduled maintenance.
It also happens that instead of resetting, car owners simply turn off the notification about the service interval, and then cannot figure out how to get it back.
The instructions presented will be relevant for Mitsubishi Outlander crossovers of the 2nd and 3rd generation. This is approximately 2013-2014, as well as more recent versions. Let us recall that the 2nd generation was produced from 2006 to 2012, and the production of the 3rd generation started in 2012, and in 2015 the car underwent a planned deep restyling.
